OVERVIEW

This website and online store are operated by Vista Lighting (“Vista Lighting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our site, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any policies referenced here and/or available by hyperlink, including our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, trade customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use the Services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and Services to you.

We attempt to display product descriptions, images, finishes, and specifications accurately, but we do not guarantee that product images or monitor displays will be perfectly accurate.

Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the order, refuse to fulfill the order, or contact you for approval before processing.


4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, address verification, or supplier constraints.

4.2 Payment Authorization

You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for your order total, including taxes, shipping, duties (if applicable), and any approved supplemental shipping charges.

4.3 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not been processed, transmitted to the supplier, customized, or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible and may be treated as a return request subject to our Return Policy.

We do not guarantee cancellation until you receive written confirmation from us.


5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

5.1 Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates and lead times are estimates only and are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, supplier constraints, manufacturing lead times, weather, and other factors outside of our control.

5.2 Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or freight provider (or upon shipment, depending on carrier terms). If you select or arrange your own carrier, risk of loss may pass at the time of pickup.

5.3 Freight / Oversized Deliveries

Freight deliveries may require delivery appointments, curbside delivery, or other access requirements. You are responsible for ensuring delivery access, including correct address details, contact availability, and any site constraints.


6. INSPECTION REQUIREMENT & DAMAGE CLAIMS

You must inspect products immediately upon delivery.

6.1 Concealed or Visible Damage

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us at support@vistalighting.co within 5 business days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item, packaging, and damage

  • Any carrier labels and tracking details

For freight shipments, you may be required to note damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Failure to report damage within the stated window may result in denial of a claim to the maximum extent permitted by law, especially where carrier or supplier claim windows apply.


7. RETURNS, RESTOCKING FEES, AND FINAL SALE

You acknowledge that many products we sell are supplier-direct, special-order, or subject to manufacturer return restrictions. Final sale items are not returnable.

We may charge restocking fees, shipping fees, and return freight costs as disclosed in the Return Policy.
