Vista Lighting Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last Updated: August 11, 2026
Vista Lighting (“Vista Lighting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) works with authorized manufacturers and shipping providers to fulfill customer orders throughout the United States.
Many products are fulfilled directly by the applicable manufacturer. As a result, inventory availability, processing times, shipping methods, freight requirements, and delivery timelines may vary by product and supplier.
By placing an order through VistaLighting.co, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Eligibility & Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping
Vista Lighting currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders of $149 or more shipping within the contiguous United States, unless otherwise stated on the product page, quotation, or checkout.
Eligibility may vary for oversized, freight, custom, special-order, or supplier-direct products.
Additional charges may apply to:
-
Freight or oversized shipments
-
White-glove or inside delivery
-
Expedited shipping
-
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations
-
Remote or restricted delivery areas
-
Special carrier services
-
Customer-requested delivery upgrades
Where an additional shipping charge is required after order review, Vista Lighting will communicate the charge before proceeding when customer approval is required.
2. Order Processing & Manufacturer Fulfillment
Many Vista Lighting orders are fulfilled directly by authorized manufacturers.
In-stock merchandise is commonly processed or released for shipment within approximately 1–3 business days, but processing times vary by manufacturer.
Certain products may require:
-
Manufacturer processing
-
Incoming inventory
-
Production
-
Assembly
-
Customization
-
Freight preparation
-
Special handling
Any lead time displayed on the website or communicated by Vista Lighting is an estimate based on information reasonably available at that time unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Inventory & Availability
Online availability does not constitute a guarantee of manufacturer inventory.
Inventory can change between the time a product is viewed, ordered, verified, allocated, and released.
Vista Lighting may verify inventory with the manufacturer after an order is received.
If availability materially changes, we will communicate available options as appropriate.
4. Shipping Delays
Vista Lighting will make reasonable efforts to communicate material supplier or carrier delays.
If merchandise cannot be shipped within a promised or legally applicable shipping period, Vista Lighting will provide any notice, revised timing, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.
Where continued fulfillment requires customer consent to a delay, Vista Lighting may request that consent before continuing to hold the order.
Custom, modified, made-to-order, commercial, or specially contracted orders may also be subject to separate written terms.
5. Carriers
Orders may ship through carriers including:
-
UPS
-
FedEx
-
USPS
-
Regional carriers
-
LTL or other freight carriers
Carrier selection may be determined by Vista Lighting or the manufacturer based on product size, destination, availability, service level, and supplier requirements.
6. Standard Parcel Delivery
After shipment, standard parcel delivery commonly requires approximately 3–7 business days, depending on carrier, origin, destination, weather, and service conditions.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Vista Lighting.
7. Freight & Oversized Deliveries
Large or heavy merchandise may ship by freight.
Freight delivery may involve:
-
Curbside delivery
-
Delivery appointments
-
Required customer phone contact
-
Signature requirements
-
Limited delivery windows
-
Liftgate service where applicable
Inside delivery, installation, room-of-choice delivery, debris removal, unpacking, assembly, and white-glove service are not included unless expressly purchased or confirmed.
Delivery Access
Customers are responsible for providing:
-
Accurate shipping information
-
A valid contact number
-
Appropriate delivery access
-
Required building or HOA authorization
-
Availability for scheduled freight appointments
Charges resulting from missed appointments, inaccessible locations, address changes, storage, re-delivery, or customer-requested services may be the customer's responsibility where permitted.
8. Shipping Address Changes
Contact Vista Lighting immediately if a shipping address needs to be changed.
Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered supplier fulfillment or shipment.
Carrier address-correction, reconsignment, storage, or redirect charges resulting from a customer-requested change may be passed through to the customer where applicable.
9. Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once it becomes available from the manufacturer or carrier.
A carrier may create a tracking number before physically receiving the package. As a result, tracking information may initially show limited or no movement.
For orders shipped in multiple cartons, separate tracking numbers may be provided.
10. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect merchandise and packaging promptly upon delivery.
For freight shipments, visible carton or product damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before acceptance whenever reasonably possible.
Keep all cartons and packing material if damage is suspected.
11. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Merchandise
Contact Sales@VistaLighting.co promptly if merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Whenever possible, report issues within 5 business days of delivery and include:
-
Vista Lighting order number
-
Product information
-
Description of the problem
-
Photographs of the product
-
Photographs of cartons and packing materials
-
Tracking or freight information
Manufacturer and carrier claim windows may vary. Prompt reporting materially improves our ability to pursue a claim or replacement.
Do not install merchandise known to be damaged or incorrect unless instructed otherwise.
Resolution may include replacement parts, replacement merchandise, manufacturer service, return authorization, refund, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
12. Lost Shipments
If tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost, Vista Lighting will work with the applicable manufacturer and carrier to investigate.
Customers should promptly report packages that do not arrive as expected.
Claims involving confirmed carrier delivery, package theft, address errors, or customer-authorized unattended delivery may require additional investigation.
Any rights or remedies available under applicable law remain unaffected.
13. International Shipping
International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
International orders may involve:
-
Separate freight quotations
-
Duties
-
Customs
-
Taxes
-
Brokerage charges
-
Extended lead times
-
Manufacturer restrictions
-
Final-sale requirements
Contact Sales@VistaLighting.co before placing an international order.
Do not assume international shipping is available for a product until confirmed by Vista Lighting.
14. Order Cancellations
Contact Sales@VistaLighting.co as quickly as possible to request cancellation.
An order is not canceled until Vista Lighting confirms the cancellation in writing.
Orders that have already entered manufacturer processing, allocation, production, customization, or shipment may be subject to manufacturer-specific cancellation restrictions or fees.
If an order experiences a shipment delay, cancellation and refund rights required by applicable law will still apply.
Orders that have already shipped generally must proceed through the applicable Return Policy.
15. Refused Deliveries
Do not refuse a delivery unless instructed by Vista Lighting or unless immediate refusal is reasonably necessary because of obvious freight damage.
Unauthorized refusal may result in return freight, storage, re-delivery, or restocking charges.
Contact Vista Lighting immediately when a delivery problem occurs.
16. Force Majeure & Events Outside Reasonable Control
Shipping and fulfillment may be affected by circumstances outside Vista Lighting's reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, port delays, manufacturer disruptions, government actions, or similar events.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
17. Relationship to Other Policies
Returns are governed by the Vista Lighting Return Policy.
Privacy matters are governed by the Vista Lighting Privacy Policy.
If a written quotation, custom-order agreement, commercial purchase agreement, or other order-specific agreement contains different shipping terms, those order-specific terms may control to the extent permitted by law.
